Tipping Point

I am struggling with this concept. When does working for my security (health benefits) start to degrade my health to the point that my job is doing me more harm than good? When is the correct time to say, enough is enough and just walk away to enjoy what remains of your time on earth? It seems that what remains of my most productive years is being squandered chasing something I no longer desire.

  1. Your health is priceless. If your job is doing more harm than good maybe it's time to walk away.

  2. Hello Bruce,

Unfortunately, I don't really understand this post. Are you talking about your daily work, as Princess implies?

I understood that you hold an office job so how can this degrade your health?

In case you are talking about too much stress while at work, kind of burn-out, there are remedies and measures to be taken.

Sometimes, when I was calculating machine sales prices and obliged to do this at high speed, I felt like someone being engulved by a huge wave. When that happened, I obliged myself to stop, lean back, and look out of the window for at least a minute.

    Cheers
    Georg
